Here is your chance to learn from an American Canoeing Association Instructor! Build your confidence, skills and technique. Group and private lessons are available. All levels welcome. Contact us to set up a time.

Class Options:

  Introduction to Kayaking

  Basic/Intermediate/Advanced Safety &   Paddling Skills

  Rough Water Experience

  Eskimo Rolling

  Extended Journey Preparation

All of our kayak classes are charged by the hour-$45 hr. Most classes run 2 hours.

Winter Kayak Pool Classes-

March 20 & 21 10am-2pm Rudyard School Pool.

March TBD at Lake Superior State University.

Learn everything you need to know before you head out on the water! Kayaking is a great recreational sport for people of all ages. Paddle strokes, braces, rescues and essential equipment will be covered in this sea kayak foundational skills class. Rental equipment is available.
